Selling my extremely rare Marilyn Monroe original photograph by photographer Sam Shaw. I have never seen this photo offered ever again and I still love to look even though I cannot afford to buy anymore. Here Marilyn is looking absolutely stunning in her famous White bathing suit on the beach in 1957 in Amagansett, New York. It is said that Marilyn was pregnant during this photo shoot, very historical and gorgeous photo. In excellent condition. Size 8x10 inch. Color gelatin silver or chromogenic. Produced from the original negative or transparency. My best guess is this was produced in the 70’s or 80’s. From the internet:
“Shaw was also a dear friend of Marilyn's, he photographed her private life and her most vulnerable moments. In these beach photos, Marilyn was pregnant. Sadly, one month after, she had a miscarriage.”
