I will ship all cards won on the same day that exceed the $20 threshold or more than 3 cards in a package for a single cost of $4.99 first class MAIL with USPS delivery confirmation! So note, if the selling price of any single card exceeds the $20 ceiling, it will be sent for the $4.99 price.
