ONE IS GOOD...and ONE has a tiny glaze pop chip on the rim and handle rubs.
Completely handmade, glazed and fired by the artisans at Bybee Pottery.
Each cup holds 10 ounces.
If you are familiar with Bybee Pottery, then you know the characteristicsof this crudely handmade pottery is it\'s trademark.
Characteristic flaws include color variations,tinyair bubble pops,glaze drips,glaze skips and rubs,original firing flawsalongwith an unglazed androughbottom rim.

Bybee Pottery was the oldest pottery west of the Allegheny Mountains. Founded inBybee Kentucky in1809 by Webster Cornelison, the business sold a wide variety ofpottery pieces and encouraged customers to tour the building and watch theartisanpotters hand forming, throwing, molding and glazing all the items. The pottery wasable to mine all the clay they used within a short radius of their building. The BybeePottery thrived and survived through six generations of the Cornelison family andas the newer generations found new interests, pottery production and sales dwindled.The pottery closed in VIEW ALL MY PHOTOS because they serve as part of my item It is hard to see the marks on both of these cups.
CONDITION: One is good....and One is Free with a tiny rim chip and handle rubs. Both have air bubbles, color variations, color drips, ripples, glaze skips and rubs. Unglazed,rough bottoms. Selling exactly as pictured & described.
