if you knew me back in 1987 rummaging through old hotels in Miami Beach...then you would have seen my in my white Suzuki Samuri jeep...it has pink and navy pinstripes and a black rag top...and I...yes I...would have been wearing a popping pair of JAMS SHORTS in a fabric akin to this fabulous stuff...you never see these original 80\'s relics anymore...this prized relic should be framed as a contemporary art in a gazillion dollar Miami Beach penthouse...to celebrate the era of Madonna\'s VOGUE...that was epic at that time...I can remember the sun hitting my face as I\'d drive over the Arthur Godfrey Bridge and through the dramatic palms and fluorescent everything as you entered South Beach. It was a time...one I won\'t surely forget...especially when I have all these textile memories that surround me.
This offering is for 2.2YDS x 47 inches wide of unused unwashed flawless yardage of a smooth...not textured cotton canvas from just about 1986. No texture or nubbinness but if you love barkcloth...if you adore Miami Beach...if you are incarnating the 80\'s in your every day persona as I am...well then this piece is more valuable than the price...and comes with so many poppin gray and white...with lots of black abstraction. The perfect relic to celebrate the 80\'s pop art. Flawless.
