According to my research this dates between 1892 (when W&H was founded and 1915 when National Bank changed names to Aetna National Bank.
States: side 1 :The Capital National Bank Of Hartford Asylum & High Streets Hartford Connecticut.
Side 2: If keys are found return to 1048 Address on other side Whitehead-Hoag
On the chain itself states W&H Co.
The metal tag FOB itself measures 1 inch width x 5/8 inch height.
