There are, of course, some issues with a piece of this age. I have tried to show the stains on the pictures. The fringe around the edges is almost all gone. There is one area on the backside that has been patched. However, someone did an excellent job of patching.

We have included a magazine article which gives info about this type of coverlet. None of the patterns match this one, but we believe it fits the description. We received this item from a 70+ year old man who said it belonged to his grandparents.
