I have not been able to find much information about this Seattle business save for a website with an old menu from 1907. There was also an Anheuser Café in Sacramento a few years after that, and both appear to be affiliated with the Anheuser-Busch beer company.

Condition of the opener is used, fair to good. The blade is very warped and has some dark discoloration in places. The handle scales are securely fastened to the tang and the raised details are good. The outer edges of the tang and scales have nicks and scratches. The steel part of the tang is discolored.
