Up for sale is a Really Nice Old Cheese Cutter by Computing Cheese Cutter Co. that was designed to be used in Cheese shops and Deli\'s this industrial cutter was revolutionary in that it measured the amount of cheese in a round that was computed by rotating the handle. This style of cheese cutter was patented in 1905 by Frank Duron. This cutter still retains a lot of the original stenciling plus the original board witch can be repaired.
