This is for an Original 1874 CDV of a Man on Lookout Mountain. Lookout Mountain became known during the Civil War and afterwards became a tourist attraction. The young man holds his hat and looks off into the distance. The photo is clear and sharp. He stands unbelievably close to the edge on snow. The pictures I’ve seen always show the subjects sitting down and not on the edge. He is identified as JM Taylor. It is in excellent condition. It measures 2 1/2 by 4 1/4 inches. Guaranteed original.
