This is an excellent example of a Philgas by Phillips 66 padlock with an operational key. I believe Philgas was Propane. These locks may have been used to lock up storage at gas stations or to lock up tanks on your travel trailer. It measures 2-1/16\" X 1-7/8\".Please look at the other locks I have listed.
