B&H PARLOR GOLD AND PURPLE HAND PAINTED SHADE TABLE LAMP MARCH 19, 1895:

Up for purchase is a B&H electrified gold and purple parlor table lamp. The shade is 9" egg shaped and is beautifully hand painted with flowers on only one side. The shade is odd sized, 12-1/2” tall with a 3-3/4” opening at the top and has a 4” fitter. The lamp of course was an oil lamp to start with and then converted to electricity. The lamp is quite large, it stands 33-1/2" and the four footed base is 7-1/2" square. I did find a patent date of March 19, 1895. The on and off switch is on the cord and please remember I do not ship light bulbs. The only chip I found is on the fitter ring.
