Beautiful Booths large lidded cache pot with foo dog finial, decoratedwith scale blue enamels and hand painted exotic birds, with various gilt lined cartouche of floral bouquets, and fine gilt sketches of butterflies etc.

In good decorative condition, Foo dog finial has a chipto the horn been painted over with gold, the underside of the lid has a fine hairline, the top rim of the pot has a fine hair ( see last 2 photographs) and there is age related fine crazing, please study photos.

Measures approx.. The pot and lid measures9 1/4\" (23.5cm) high to the top of the finial.

by 7 1/4\" (18.7cm) in diameter across the base.

Weighs 1.941.kg. before packing.
