Base is more silver tone and the rim that holds the shade has gold tone

Can not find any marks or date of the maker. Its my guess from other lamps I have as to the approximate age. Small marks of wear to the metal, paint on shade looks in great condition with minimal wear.

I have owned this lamp for over 25 years was purchased at an estate sale. Never had any problems with it.
