This thing is all meat and taters.You can pry the front door off the hinges with this sturdy, heft, TANTO booger. Fills the hand, grips like no body's business, and scares away crooks with one awesome and totally sick looking Snody specially ground Tanto blade.This one can handle all you throw at it.Premium 154CM USA made stainless steel set inside 2 heavy duty stainless liners and covered in some sweet black RIBBER SANTOPRENE RUBBER scales. Awesome contours for a sure grip when stabbing, slicing, or chopping cheese. The blade whips open smoother than greased lightening and runs on bronze phosphorous washers that won't wear out or collect grit for about 50years. Locks open like a vault with thebest lock on the market--the Axis lock.To hold it is to love it...and respect it…and depend on it! Outstanding contours, grinds, and ergos. This thing is a man sized tactical folder ready for EDC, work, self defense, martial arts, sand box tour, military duty, LEO use, hunting, fishing, backpacking, sailing, kayaking, picnicking, politicking, and general utility. A blade you can depend on and buildconfidence with. As good us any Lum tanto and heavier duty than the Benchmade Stryker series. These older HK models were made in the USA and have been discontinued. This one is dang near good as new with a sharp factory even edge. It has seen pocket time and has slight discoloration on the handle and light scuffage on the blade...tried to catchsuch in the pics. I bought long time ago and the HK box comes with it is not original, close, but no SBT on this one--just plain edge satin finish tanto per pics. Hard to sell and let go of, I'll miss it :).
