In collaboration with Nespresso, Caran d’Ache presents a new 849 limited edition ballpoint pen made with aluminum from recycled Nespresso coffee pod capsules. This eco-conscious writing instrument represents the common values of the two iconic Swiss companies, namely: sustainable development, innovation, and Swiss design quality.

Following the success of the 1st and 2nd editions (Dharkhan Blue and India Green, respectively), Caran d\'Ache and Nespresso renew their partnership with the satin-smooth, deep purple \"Arpeggio\" capsule for the year 2020.

The iconic hexagonal profile of this lightweight yet durable aluminum body has a bright purple appearance thanks to a process of micro beading blasting and electrostatic treatment. As with the other Nespresso limited editions, the Arpeggio is engraved with the phrase, \'Made with recycled Nespresso Capsules\" on the back of the pen body. The writing experience is exceptionally smooth thanks to the Goliath 849 ballpoint cartridge. The pen is packaged in an environmentally-friendly box made from 100% recycled and recyclable cardboard.

The 849 Caran d’Ache + Nespresso Special Edition, an icon with a monochrome, metallic look, is born of the success of our previous collaborations with Nespresso. This 6th edition is driven by a shared vision of a world in which design, sustainability and color come together to create unique, responsible products.

Made from the aluminum of recycled Nespresso capsules, the 849 Caran d’Ache + Nespresso ballpoint pen draws inspiration from the world of the Kazaar capsule. We strive for your ultimate satisfaction. If you\'re not pleased with your order, we ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail. If the item was damaged, incorrect or defective upon receiving the shipment, we will do our best to correct the issue at our expense.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be in the exact same, brand-new condition it was received, including the original packaging, plus any accessories, parts, and paperwork that came with the item. We cannot accept opened and used bottles of ink, ink cartridges, used notebooks, engraved pens or pen cleaning supplies. When you receive any new fountain pen, we recommend to inspect it thoroughly and if necessary, lightly dip the nib tip in washable ink to test it. Any pens that have been fully inked and used will incur a 15% restocking fee for preferential returns. Approval of all returns is subject to the discretion of Goldspot Pens, who reserves the right to decline refund requests if the product has been improperly used, damaged, modified or is otherwise unable to be resold.
