Please note the dimensions in the description below.This is a NICESPECIMENthat is a DOUBLE TERMINATED JAPAN LAW TWIN QUARTZ CRYSTAL from MCGRAW FORD AREA, BALLGROUND, CHEROKEE COUNTY, GEORGIA, USA. This is from the collection of a discriminating Middle-Georgia collector with an eye for aesthetics and quality.It was originally purchased at the WEINMAN MUSEUM ROCK SWAP & GEM SHOW, CARTERSVILLE, GEORGIA in 2005.These choice specimens now bear Dixie Euhedrals labels. This cost $20 in 2005 .
This is a good example of a Tabular Japan Law Twin. This specimen was not cleaned and should be shinier if soaked in \"iron out\". The locality is surprising and obscure and is in an area famous for Fairy Crosses (Staurolite). I had heard of the occurrence but had never seen one until now.This arrived in a perky box. It will fit in a perky box but can\'t be mounted because the box couldn\'t be opened with the crystal mounted in a fixed position. The perky box shown will be included.
