Charles Carroll Luther (1847-1924) was a noted evangelist and hymn writer. He was born in Worcester MA and died in Farmingdale NY.

I do not know whether or not they were originally part of a larger piece. Sizes vary a bit; the Third Week one is 3-1/2\" x 5-1/8\". Edge unevenly cropped. Creases, stains, age tanning. Edge and corner wear including nicks and bends. They have an old paper smell.

Old paper items often bear remnants of their long lives and previous homes. They may have had past exposure to a variety of environmental conditions such as odors, dust, storage in attics/basements, etc.
