Good-girl art aplenty as Tiger Girl tries to aid a pygmy tribe; A masquerade party complicates a mystery on a yacht for Hooks Devlin and his gal Peaches; Senorita Rio must stop a plot to free the dictator El Fuente, in a story drawn by Rio creator Nick Cardy. Another upside-down bondage cover, a recurring theme on this title, with Tiger Girl likely drawn by various hands in the Iger Shop.
