Gently pre-loved, vintage, and signed SANTON de PROVENCE terracotta clay figure of a hunter after a trip. This piece of folk art is just cool (look at the smirk on his face), about 10" tall, and signed on the base byClaude Carbonel. There are numerous markings other underside as well (see photos). The details are amazing and the clothing is real, not molded, and of high quality that you can immediately feel -- thicker and well tailored for the figure. The painting on the face is impressive! And so many extras -- the rabbit (or is that a hare?), rifle, and hat! The piece is a little heavy, so shipping is on me!
