This vintage Scherzer salad/dessert/side plate is a seldom found piece from the early 1900s. The round plate measures approximately 7 3/4 inches in diameter and features a beautiful white daisy pattern with yellow centers and greenery. The scalloped edge and gold metallic border trim add a touch of elegance to this Marseille style plate.The plate is made of porcelain and has a glossy finish. It is part of the Z S & Co (Scherzer) product line and has a printed backstamp. The Z S & Co mark is the mark used for products from the period of 1880-1918 (see www.theoldstuff.com). The plate is perfect for all occasions, whether it\'s a formal dinner or a casual gathering. Hand wash only is recommended.
