It's 15" round, and 12.25" tall. The legs screw off for easy shipping. It has held air since I've had it. It doesn't leak anywhere, however, I have never tried to put more air in it. I didn't want to mess anything up. It does have a valve on the bottom where it can be filled. I'd rather not ship it really full of air and take a chance on a puncture.

The legs are all in good condition. There is one spot on one of the legs that has a small mark (see pics) the top is in good condition for the age. It has one small area on the rim that has a small bit of wear. (See pic)
