The item you are buying is a HAND SIGNED and BECKETT AUTHENTICATION SERVICES (BAS) AUTHENTICATED 10" x 8" photo of James Tapp. Colonel Tapp added "78th F.S." and "15th F.G." with his signature. Colonel Tapp died in 2014. The photo is printed on Kodak type professional paper and is in BRAND NEW/NEVER BEFORE DISPLAYED condition.
