The delivery method may change depend on the global situation or circumstances in your country such as disasters, conflicts and pandemics. Our standard delivery method uses Japan Post but If your country's post office delivery route is down, we will ship by FedEx or DHL. FedEx or DHL keeps your products for up to 5 days after reaching your location. Your products will be shipped back to Japan if you don’t notice the arrival of your products within this timeframe. So please make sure not to miss any notice from Customs or FedEx/DHL. The cost of reshipping is incredibly high.
