"N.S. Bar-On" Sculpture by Mother & Daughter Artisans Nurit and Shoshanna Bar-On. Most of their work is jewelry, predominantly sterling silver but I am not sure of this metal. Based on a historical event in the Bible & Torah, in the Old Testament book of Numbers chapter 13:23. Inscription; "and cut down from thence one cluster of grapes" Moses lead the Israelites on their exodus from Egypt into the desert to the land God promised to them. He then sent 12 men to scout the land before entering, one from each of the twelve tribes of Israel. As proof of the fertility of the promised land, they brought back a large cluster of grapes carried on a pole between two men. Check this story out, it gets really interesting from there!
