Should you require one of our exceptional quality framed Oathswithin just a few days, call or message us and we will do our best to that each frame is hand made to order by a military veteran, from

the frame to the ribbon to the hand polished shilling. Making an Oath for a

fellow brother or sister is our pleasure and that is why they look so

good -quality takes time.

DispatchTimes

Wetry to dispatch all our Oaths within 15 -20working

daysor around 4 weeks so please allow at least that

time to pass before contacting us for delivery updates.At busy

times like Father's Day and Christmas, things can take longer so please order

early.Each frame is individually handmade, they are not mass produced.If you need your Oath

for a particular date please order early and speak to us about the Oath is handmade to order and packaged as carefully as we can. They all leave

here in perfect order but if you receive yours and it has been damaged in

transit or there is a problem with it, we will do our best to sort it out.

Please just get in touch and send us a photo of the damaged item. For damaged

items, if it needs replacing, or you want a refund we will agree that with you

butdepending on the issue you will need to return either the full frame

or just the medal to us. Please send it trackedmail and we will refund you up

to the cost of 2nd class tracked and signed for post based on Royal Mail prices.

If we are correcting an error made by you when

you've ordered, we may ask you to purchase additional postage to cover the cost

of returning the corrected item to you.

Ifthe item is in good order and there is no mistake then we don't offer a refund

as the Oath has been made specifically for you and cannot be used elsewhere.

However, we will always do our best to help so if you do have any concerns,
