Up for sale is a NOS (new old stock) cargo strap measuring 16" long as shown. These items are new, but can show some shelf wear. I believe that this strap was part of the pioneer kit used on the 2.5/5 ton, M38, M38A1 vehicles among others. You will have to check specifically to see if they will work for your application. All of the spring mechanisms on the clasps are strong, some tarnish is present on some of the hardware, but that is to be expected and easy to remove. I do not know the exact age of these straps, only insignia found is shown in the pictures.
