ONE 1940\'s Pyle National 18\" Green Porcelain Industrial Pendant Barn Light Vtg Sold Separately, one light per purchase Removed from an old Airplane Hanger in Montana in favor of new LED tube lighting and thankfully rescued by a quick-thinking office supervisor, these gorgeous and amazing lights are being offered for sale individually. I presently have 15 available, work in progress, I have 100 total. Manufactured by the Pyle National Co., Chicago ILL. circa 1940\'s these light fixtures have state-of-the-art engineering. The top with the large fins are for cooling. These lights are capable of running 1000 watt incandescent bulbs....and those are hot! There is also a gap between the aluminum top and the porcelain to release heat, engineered to perform safely! I\'ve added a machined socket extension to bring today\'s shorter bulbs further down. I also added a ground wire, my commercial customers love this option....Pass Your Inspections! The original mogul base sockets are in excellent condition. I installed an easily removable adapter so the new owner can use medium base standard household bulbs. New UL Listed sockets are available free upon request. The light is pictured with an LED bulb that can be found on Amazom. No Bulbs Included These lights have accommodations for an optional globe/bulb cover but do NOT come with one. These lights are among the cleanest lights I have ever purchased. There is no corrosion at all and the finish, both top aluminum and the green porcelain retain their original finish. The lights were disassembled, cleaned an inspected. These are among the most desirable lights I have ever owned. It\'s been a pleasure restoring them to their original glory. The lights are pictured with a 6\" down-rod. I can replace that with a 3\" or 12\" down-rod at no charge. If no other choice is made, the light will ship with the 6\" pipe. The wiring will accommodate a 36\" down-rod. The swivel hanger is new.
