this was made in slovenia for italian army. and is an italian army parka. label states made in 1996. the gold stars shoulder boards on the epaulettes can be removed if you wish. a liner is included which is nylon and can button out for now and button back in in the winter. liner i can not read but feels as nylon, shell is cotton. i think the shell is new but calling used A++ liner is used.on label called 52 cm usually = 42 us, and i am calling a large. italian parka is not a fish tail. front closes with buttons, not a zipper. 2 patch pockets large at bottom close with velcro arm pit to arm pit =26\" collar is 4\". back of neck to bottom of parka =38\" in usa usually flat rate will be less expensive but depending on zip code regular priority may be cheaper by zip code you have to check. outside of usa light enough to send first class, takes longer country by country no tracking and no insurance.. priority insurance is included and faster and tracking is included.
