Pair of PORCELIER 1930's Art Deco/MCM, Porcelain Sconces, rewired, restoredThese porcelain sconces were manufactured by Porcelier sometime during the 1930's to early 1950's (the lifetime of the company) and they are appropriate for both art deco and MCM motifs. The condition of the sconces is very good. The background color is cream and they are decorated with pink, yellow, and green floral displays. The porcelain is in good condition.
We have carefully cleaned each of the sconces, removing all of the dirt and wall paint along the sides. We disassembled, cleaned, polished and lubed the pull switches and installed new nickel plated chains to brighten them up. The switches work like new ones.The sale includes the correct mounting hardware (nickel plated mounting nuts, threaded nipples, crossbars) and the fixtures are ready to hang on the wall. Everything has been tested and is guaranteed to work correctly.
Dimensions: 6-1/2" high x 4-5/8" wide where sconce meets wall,8" high to end of chain,project 4" from the wall. Use standard base bulbs (not included).
