Four original photos from the Cook family of New Alexandria, Pennsylvania. One photo of all women in the foreground is dated Sept. 11, 1901 in handwriting on the backside. The image of Dr. Joseph Cook in a wheelchair with three other Cook family members is dated 1909 and a quick online search found that Dr. Cook was born in Ireland in 1831 and passed away two years after that photo was taken in 1911. This photo also features his son, James Gallagher Cook born in 1861 and post master & druggist in New Alexandria according to Dr. Cook\'s obituary. The other image is a nice photo of Dr. Cook & his wife, that photo does have image loss in the corners & edges. The last image of the girls in the buggy carriage has their names on the backside in handwriting.
Condition issues in all of the photos including soiling, creases, missing corners, corner & edge wear, image loss, and overall age & wear- please view listing photos carefully.
