This jar came from a jar collector\'s estate. The embossing of words is little to nonexistent. You can see the start of the word \"BALL\" and the \"ON\" in \"MASON.\" Jar also shows many other factory flaws. Jar casts a greenish-blue hue depending on the lighting. The lid was with the jar as found and is marked \"Ball\" with the number \"17\" with a \"1\" below it on the inside glass insert. Please feel free to ask question before buying as we believe this to be a one of a kind piece and selling as shown/how shown.
