"Al-Tala'e" or "Talia" translates to "The Vanguards" and was a Ba'ath party youth paramilitary organization existing in the 1980s for children aged 6 through 18. The camouflage pattern worn by their members was incredibly unique and more ceremonial than practical. The patterns consisted of palm trees and a map of North Africa and the Arabian Peninsula.
