VERY RARE 1905 Stereo Photo Card, Col. Robert Gould Shaw & 54th Massachusetts Colored Inf., Boston Mass. Monument DESCRIPTION:This is a very rare early antique stereo 3-D photo card. MADE TO BE USED WITH ANY STANDARD ANTIQUE STEREOPTICAN 3-D VIEWER. Very rare, very collectable subject matter showing the 54th Mass. monument which stands in Boston in front of the Mass State House. Shaw and many of his men died in the charge against Ft. Wagner, S.C., AS DRAMATIZED IN THE MOVIE "GLORY". Scans show all the details. Nice sepia tone, in useful condition to PRODUCE A 3-D EFFECT USING AN ANTIQUE STEREOPTICAN. Can be used or very suitable for framing or for part of a collection. Very clear and detailed image.
