A wonderful bronze sculpture in the form of a bird with lifted wings. Nice detail with a warm patina and signed J. Moigniez on the front corner as shown.

Age - Jules Moigniez lived 1835 - 1894

Approximate size - The wood base measures 11 + 3/4 inches long by 5 + 5/8 inches and 7 + 5/8 inches in overall height.

Condition- Bird is missing rear leg that would have came down and attached to the base in front of the tree, you can see part of the screw still protruding up from the base where it would have attached. The other leg also suffered a break as shown, please see all photos for complete assessment. Please ask if additional photos are necessary.
