Up for grabs is an old Singer Athena 1200 sewing machine, this is straight out of Grandma\'s sewing room. Everything appears to be complete however it will require some repair to turn this antique back into a workhorse. Unit comes in its carry case and has the foot peddle. We plugged this in and turned it on, the light illuminated, when the foot peddle was pressed the motor engaged, the bobbin went up and down but the needle didn\'t. The foot goes up and down as it should, and when changing the adjustments it appeared as if they did something. I am assuming whatever links to the needle is where the problem lies but I simply don\'t have the time to look into this further. Would also make a worthy parts donor. Selling as is. Please make sure this is what you are looking for and you understand the condition as we do not accept returns.
This is old school probably back from the 60\'s or 70\'s and is heavy so shipping will not be cheap. I will ship via the lowest cost of the 3 major shipping companies to your location, most of the time that will be UPS or Fed Ex ground, you can choose at checkout.
