The artist, A.Giannelli, Born in Volterra, in 1907, he was a keenstudent ofsculptureand graduated from the Royal School of Art. In1944 he opened his own studio and produced pieces also for the Allied Forces.He was an Italian mastersculptureand the president of the\"Alabaster Craftsman Guild\" from 1953 until 1961. The artist\'s work has been offered at sale multiple times,with realized prices ranging from $60 USD to $2,250 USD, depending on the sizeand medium of the artwork. Since 2016 the record price for this artist atsale is $2,250 USD for Italian Art Nouveau Marble StandingNudeSculpture, sold at DuMouchelle\'s in 2016.
