---vintage book, early Military yearbook, THE LUCKY BAG vol XVIII annual of the Brigade of Midshipmen, edited by the graduating class. as you can see the spine is missing and the metal circle that went on the front cover is also missing. the cover is not connected and the tape shown in the photos is not attached to the book. ---this book belonged to RALPH EARL DENNETT.
431 pages that are numbered and then starts all the advertisements, which take up quite a few pages on their own. It has a full page for each graduate. It details some of their activities, etc. at the Academy including their nicknames, awards and and all kinds of tidbits. A great insight into the midshipmen classes of those far away days. This Navy yearbook is chock full of photos, pictures, cartoons, artwork, and spoofing and depicts many, many different aspects of life in the Naval Academy . Just too much stuff to mention, but t\'s lots of Sporting events, social life, studies, cruises and midshipmen\'s work mentioned. Some interesting color artwork in t T\'s also some great looking advertisements.
