Description

TheMain Bagconsists of two compartments separated by ashelf. The bag can be converted into one large compartment by opening a slidefastener located on the shelf. The bag can be closed at the top using cord anda locking hardware device. The bag has an extendable collar made of water-resistantnylon material that extends approximately twelve inches and is capable of beingindependently closed. A lid containing a pocket covers the top of the main bag.The exterior of the bag has PALS webbing used to mount modular pouches. Onelarge sleeve per each side can retain long items such as mortars or skis. Beloweach sleeve is a stretchable pocket to aid in the retention of the long itembeing carried. The bag has a handle on the top to aid in carrying when not wornon the back and two handles on the back to aid in donning. The bag has webbingstraps attached to the exterior used to compress smaller loads carried. The bagis capable of internally carrying a radio. The radio pouch can accommodate theSingle Channel Ground Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS) radio and the AdvancedLightweight SINCGARS Improved Program (ASIP) radio.

Good- These packs will show a little more moderate signs of use and may have a rip or be missing a small non-essential component. These packs are still fully functional for their intended purpose.
Acceptable- These packs will show heavier signs of use that could include any of the above plus small holes or rips. A common problem is the area around the drawstring may have pulled apart and ripped somewhat. Any defects would be easily repairable.
