Madein plastic with gold finish and enamel paint, measures 65 mm tall x 63 mm wide,quite large and impressive, with the artwork in high 3-d profile. The centerfeatures the Ukrainian national emblem of Trident on a sky-blue background.Screw post attachment. Thecockade is in EXCELLENT CONDITION, apparently never used. The tiny chip to the blue enamel to the right of the trident is too small to be significant. The gold finish is intact and bright; the screw attachment is fully functional.
