This is the 40th Anniversary of those Voyager missions and 40 years after launch, the space crafts are still reaching out 12 billion miles away from our humble planet. On their mission to bring the story of the human race to those other inhabitants of the cosmos. This limited edition reproduction display includes the very same diagrams found on the original records etched onto a 12″ golden LP record with a hand polished mirror finish.

This large 13″ x 17″ framed item comes with “non breakable” framers grade acrylic. Known as museum glass due to the UV protection, to hinder fading of colors, and its ability to not shatter during stress of the shipping process. Conservation framing is strictly adhered to.

Your gold record floats on a acid free black mat adorned below by a custom engraved plate with an inset photo of the actual mounting of the famous “Sounds of the Earth” golden record onto Voyager One. The wording on the laser engraved plate commemorates the 40th anniversary since their initial launch in 1977 and the farthest achievement of humankind.
