This is an interesting item, a 1994 Diamond Distributors Collectors Edition (promotional comic) featuring several characters, Hellboy, Sandman, Cerebus, Elfquest, Bone, The Mask, The Crow, Beavis & Butthead.
This comes from my personal collection and if I remember right, I was working in a UK comic shop in 1994, this was delivered with the diamond catalogue for comic shops to order from. It sat in a comic box since then and I\'d totally forgotten about it until recently rediscovered (don\'t you love it when that happens). I had it graded and the case is nice and glossy with no scratches.
There are only eleven in the CGC census and this 9.8 is one of a handful in this condition. The paper on this magazine size format is typical comic, not glossy, even the cover is matte. I expect most of these were destined for the trash as it would have damaged easily, which is a darned shame. The Hellboy one pager gives some Hellboy background and is certainly an oddity,as most Hellboy fans or lists don\'t even know about this and I could only find a couple of referencesonline.
For a devoted Hellboy fan, or a lover of the weird and rare comics out there.
