Vintage Western Boulder Co USA WWII Fighting Knife Pat.#1967479. Based On What I Could See And Info Available This One Appears To Be In Great Condition For Its Age. I Am Not An Expert on These But There Are Pages And Pages of Info For Anyone That Is Interested On Line. I Think This One Was Called Shark(?). 5" Blade Still Has Some Blueing On It And As Photos Will Show It Is in Good Condition. Finger Guard And Butt Plate Are Tight. Stacked Leather Handle Washers Are Tight But There Is Some Damage On Some of Them. Use Magnify Option To Check It Out. Leather Sheath Is Showing Its Age. Looks Original Based On Pictures I Saw of Other Ones. Make A Great Pattern For New Sheath. Overall Knife is 9 3/8" Long.Pre-owned.Came From A Private Collection.
