ITEM DESCRIPTION: This tray is meant to look like a pill dispensing pharmaceutical tray. It was made pre Roerig's acquisition by Pfizer in 1953. Roerig is a nutritional supplement specialist. The letters on the tray are Sanskrit, an Indo-Aryan branch of the Indo-European languages. They spell "Roerig". Sanskrit is the classical language of India and Southeast Asia and isakin to Greek or Latin to the Western world.Each of the images inside the flasks and bottles contain a picture which is replicative of the peoples of the Southeast Asian region performing scientific experiments or making natural supplements.

This tray is a piece of art! A perfect gift for any historian, linguist, or someone in the pharmaceutical field.
