- Clearing of the flint tube

- Re-tensioning of the flint spring

- Wire brushing of the flint wheel

- A new wick

- New fuel tank wadding (if necessary)

- A new flint

- Deep cleaning and polishing

Please pay attention to the included photos as I show all details of the lighter, including it’s working functionality, manufacturer’s markings, etc.

***PLEASE NOTE***

Unless an item purchased has been grievously misrepresented in my description, I do not accept returns.

***WHEN BUYING A VINTAGE LIGHTER***

It is important to understand if you have never bought or owned a vintage lighter that these old lighters are never going to be absolutely perfect and light up on the first strike attempt 100% of the time.

These old lighters can be temperamental. They can be finicky and sometimes require more strength / pressure to be applied to strike them than what a modern BIC or Zippo lighter might.

These lighters require some servicing from time to time. You will periodically need to re-fuel the lighter with either Petrol (such as Ronsonol or Zippo fluid) or Butane (Such as Ronsonol butane gas).

The flint will eventually stop sparking when it has worn down and will have to be replaced.

These lighters will be in working condition when they leave my possession. I do my absolute best to ensure these lighters are in good, working condition, to the best of my abilities when they leave my possession. However, due to the nature of vintage and antique items, I cannot guarantee the longevity of the lighter as old parts may eventually fail that were previously working when they were in my possession.

Buy purchasing this lighter, you are acknowledging that there is no guarantee of the longevity of this lighter’s functionality.
