This is a retro MCM Kitsch Two hole punch made in Germany by Emform. They sell high end office desk products. This style is very rare and hard to come by. Since it is European, the distance between holes may vary slightly from USA standards. I punched holes in an envelope and measured them with a ruler in the photos. One photo was an attempt to measure from centers (3 1/8\"), the other from outside edges of the holes (3 3/8\"). The plastic caps each individually catch the holes punched from the paper. The rod that looks like an antenna I am guessing is to push the paper circles out but I really don\'t know what it is for. This round design is currently not made and very hard to come by. If you like it, buy it now before it is gone.
