Good condition, the only real issue I'd the top ring has a crack. Other than that tiny interior micro chips. It is dirty so it will need a cleaning.

The sticker is missing g so I can only assume it was made by LumiSource.

I don't have a bulb for it, so I could not test it. Due to this it is being sold As Is!
