Overall Excellent condition for this vintage 1920\'s - 1940\'s porcelain Von Schierholz May Day Figural Lithophane Lamp. Standing at about 19\", this stunning lithophane lamp has bright gloss finish and brilliant gilding. In the Rococo style, the only damage found is a broken thumb on the pink dress girl dancer and a very fine hairline crack in base (see last picture). Both are hard to see, but seen in pictures as they are the best description. All flowers are intact and gorgeous. Incredible glazes and use of gloss. Notice it actually has the Von Schierholz sign on the bottom. There are 4 litho-panels, which show a detailed scene when backlit, as seen in pictures. Lamp has 2 Leviton sockets that look and operate fine, but it\'s best to have an electrician inspect the circuit for safety. Matching pull chains. Similar to Meissen. This is an incredible lamp that is a work of art!
