Good overall condition
the previous collector / owner claimed it was from a D-DAY veteran , but unfortunately the soldiers name was forgotten ( there is evidence of a faded name written on the front of the pouch ... so maybe with the help of a black light and some due diligence, a name can be possibly deciphered )
It’s shows signs of honest battlefield use
it came filled with various other pieces of early war time field gear,
It looked like it wasn’t touched after the veteran brought it home at the end of the war
don’t pass it up !
