If graded, I'd say this book is a 3.5 or better (would grade much better if not for spine issues, IMO). Front cover has some spine ticks, creasing on/along spine + spine splits/bindery tears on bottom part of spine (see pictures). Front cover also has areas of discoloration/scuffing, some color fading, as well as some areas of creasing/folding. Back cover has marks from protruding staples, scuffing/discoloration throughout, as well as some creasing/folding (mainly around bottom left hand corner). Inside pages are clean/complete/attached.
