This is a fantastic handicraft document done in 1709 for Lorentz Spammel from Blienssweller (near Strassburg) in Alsace. This form was featured in the Handwerkskundschaften book published in 1982 by Klaus Stopp. The transcription is given in that book. Below is the basic translation using DeepL. It is not perfect.
